This page explains how website enquiries are used and clarifies that event details shown online do not replace a project-specific proposal or flight feasibility review.
Enquiry information
When you submit a proposal request, Airoveda receives the contact and event details you provide so the team can assess the enquiry and respond. The server also derives your approximate country, region and city from your network IP address and sends the IP address and approximate location with the enquiry to Airoveda's private team notification channel provided by Discord. This helps the team understand the enquiry region and identify abuse. Do not include payment credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
First-party website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand visitor numbers, referral sources, pages viewed, meaningful link and button interactions, scroll depth, and active time spent on each page. We do not record keystrokes, passwords, or the contents typed into enquiry forms. A random browser identifier helps connect repeat visits from the same browser; it is not a verified identity and does not follow you across devices.
IP address and approximate location
For first-party analytics, the server records the network IP address in encrypted form and derives an approximate country, region, and city locally. Enquiry submissions separately include the network IP address and derived location in the private team notification described above, regardless of the optional analytics preference. Approximate location can be inaccurate, especially on mobile networks, corporate networks, shared connections, or VPNs. Encrypted analytics IP data is removed after 180 days. Pseudonymous visit and interaction history is removed after 24 months.
Analytics choices
You can disable future first-party analytics at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. We also honour supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Disabling analytics removes the analytics identifiers from that browser; you can contact us to request deletion of previously collected information.
Project information is indicative
Fleet ranges, pricing examples, formation ideas, timelines, and location pages are planning guidance. Availability, safety, permissions, deliverables, taxes, and commercial terms are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract for the specific event.
Airspace and venue feasibility
A city, landmark, or venue reference does not guarantee that a flight is permitted or feasible. The exact coordinates, date, time, audience layout, weather, and applicable requirements must be reviewed.
