Enquiry information
When you submit a proposal request, Airoveda receives the contact and event details you provide so the team can assess the enquiry and respond. Do not include payment credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information in free-text fields.
Project information is indicative
Fleet ranges, pricing examples, formation ideas, timelines, and location pages are planning guidance. Availability, safety, permissions, deliverables, taxes, and commercial terms are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract for the specific event.
Airspace and venue feasibility
A city, landmark, or venue reference does not guarantee that a flight is permitted or feasible. The exact coordinates, date, time, audience layout, weather, and applicable requirements must be reviewed.
